The project is located in Gulin Town, Haishu District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, with a total land area of 136 mu and a total construction area of about 207000 square meters, covering five service function modules. The project is divided into Phase I and Phase II, with a construction area of 79000 square meters and a construction area of 128000 square meters.
