Yuze Semiconductor has achieved a significant breakthrough in N-type technology and plans a 50GW monocrystalline silicon rod and chip project in Chuxiong. Among them, the first and second phases have successfully reached production, and the third phase of the 20GW monocrystalline silicon rod and chip project is steadily under construction. It is expected to be put into production in August this year. It is reported that the Yuze Semiconductor Phase II ignition project is a 7GW monocrystalline silicon rod full production and 8GW slicing project. In addition, the total investment for the Yuze Semiconductor Dongchuan Base's annual production of 20GW monocrystalline silicon rod production line project is about 5 billion yuan, and the project construction plan is to be carried out in two phases. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in September this year, and the second phase is expected to be completed and put into operation in June next year.
