The Fudan Software Park designed by Shanghai Kaiyi Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is located on the south side of Changyi Road in Songnan Town, Baoshan District, south of the planned 128th Memorial Road and Nansitang. The current land on the west east side is for factory buildings or storage. The total planned land area is approximately 6650 square meters, with a total construction area of 17029 square meters. This project is one of the national key development software industry bases of the Torch Plan, and an important component of the Shanghai Software Park. It is also another highlight of the development of modern service industry in Baoshan District. Fudan Software Park is a technology park that integrates software and hardware research and development, achievement incubation, and venture capital.
